Step
Two:
A.
Disable Firewalls and Antivirus Software
If
you have any firewall or antivirus software loaded on your
computer (Norton Antivirus/Internet Security, McAffee Personal
Firewall) you will need to temporarily disable it.
You can disable them by going down to the bottom right corner
of your computer screen to the little row of icons (see Figure 1.a) you can expand the list of icons by clicking
the white arrrow which points to the left.
*We highly suggest a free and effective anti-virus replacement
for Norton Anti-virus and McAffee called AVG
Free Version which you can download
here. This program is compatible with the software.
(NOTE: Some firewalls don't allow
this program to load but we suggest you continue using a firewall
to further protect your computer. A solution we recommend
is to use a free firewall utility which is compatible with
the software - See STEP SEVEN)
Figure
1.a

You
can disable the programs by right clicking with your mouse
on the icon of the program (see figure 1.b). Choose either
"Disable" or "Exit" to disable the program.

Note: After
the presentation you can re-enable the firewall and antivirus
programs by right clicking and unchecking the "disable"
option or by running the program from your Start menu.
